Our Philosophy

The term I use is “Spiritual Physics”. That is I believe spiritual principals, universal law, works on the same basis as physical laws. You know if you drop a steel ball off a bridge, it will hit the water in a predictable amount of time. We manage our lives, giving very careful consideration to how physical laws work. No one jumps off a bridge expecting to fly. The exact same concept holds true for your spiritual / emotional life.

Most of us are familiar with basic spiritual principals:

  • (Unconditional) Love vs Fear – You are either creating from love or you are creating from fear.

  • Oneness – We are all joined, indivisible, as waves on the ocean.

  • Non–judgement – There is no “good” or “bad” just the awareness that everyone is doing the best they can, given their circumstances.

  • Karma – The law of cause and effect. Karma is simply the universe returning to you the results of your creating.

  • Free Will – We are all free willed beings, our lives are ours to create as we wish.

  • Duality – Male and Female, Yin and Yang, Life and Death, Desire and Fulfilment (in short life on earth).

  • Abundance – Knowing that what you have now is enough.

  • Gratitude – The inner knowingness that all aspects of life are a gift.

  • Reality – There is no fixed external reality. Reality is a flexible, personal, internal construct, based on your beliefs.

So here is the weird part. I am sure everyone who reads the above principles has heard them before. Some of you may have even taken courses, attended seminars and watched a movie or two, or read a few books which talk about these ideas. So why is it then, that we are still so messed up?

The simple explanation is that spiritual physics is not a theory, it is a practice. Knowing about spiritual principals does not do you any good if you keep jumping off bridges expecting to fly.

It is my belief and my experience that practising spiritual physics is a truly revolutionary action and for those who chose to practice these principals, you will know in short order that you are on to something amazing.

This is not for the faint of heart. Letting go of our old beliefs and patterns is tough, courageous, gritty, real life, emotional work. For those of you who are still with me, my offer to you, is to be a guide and mentor, as much as I am able, as we proceed down this path together.
